Testing Times - Orchestrating Functional Tests for Coherence
Brian Oliver (speaker bio) Architect (Oracle)
Testing Times: Orchestrating Functional Tests for Oracle Coherence
In this no-slides, IDE-only, completely interactive talk, we walk through the process of setting up functional and integration tests for a Coherence-based application. We discuss the challenges orchestrating distributed applications, locally and remotely, together with some approaches to help automate those typically manually procedures. Finally we discuss and demonstrate how to create "reliability tests", those that demonstrate and ensure your application reacts and recovers from as expected to changes in clusters at runtime.
Building Large Coherence Clusters
Andrew Wilson (speaker bio) Coherence Consultant and Architect (Junocube)
Andrew will explain some of the problems and challenges of building a large (>TB) cluster.
